Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 3 Sets:  20 Mountain Climbers, 10 Slamballs (light), 10 Russian Twists with the Slamball

Strength: Bench Press 5X5 (Increase weight from last week), 5 Sets of 5 of the Same weight. 

Stamina: 4 Rounds not for time: 50 Lunges, Rest Between Sets. 

WOD: 7 Rounds for Time:

7 SDHP (95/65)

7  Front Squats (95/65)

7 Push-ups on the Barbell (Chest Must Touch Barbell to Count)

Cool Down: 4 Sets: 1:00 On/off Planks
