Warm-up: 3 Sets: Run Block, 12x Jumping air squats, 20x 2 count Mountain Climbers.
Strength: Back Squat 6 / Front Squat 4 (Increase weight from last week). 5 Sets of the Same Weight.
Stamina: 4 Rounds not for time: 20x Alt. leg goblet skater squat, 200m Farmer carry, 20x Burpee box jump.
WOD: 5 Rounds For Time:
- 14/10x Cal. Row/Bike/Ski erg or Run Block
- 7x Power Snatch (125/85)
- 7x Burpee over the bar
Cool Down: 4 Sets: 1:00 Max effort Row/Bike/Ski erg/Etc., 1:00 rest
