Warm-up: 10 Rounds:  5 Burpees/alternate with 5 Burpee Broad Jumps, 10 Double Unders

Strength:  Barbell Complex (unbroken, must hold onto the bar) until failure 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

1x Power clean + 1 Hang Squat clean + 1 Front Squat + Shoulder to Overhead. 

Stamina: 10 Rounds for Time:  Sled Push Sprint on Turf, adding weight each round, Rest between sets

WOD: “Cardio Hardio”

4 Rounds For Time (Rotate as necessary to ensure everyone gets to use the equipment; Start on whatever equipment necessary to do so)

  • 20 Calories Ski Erg (sub Rowers for those who want to use Rowers)
  • 20 Calories on Assault Bike or 40 Calories C2Bike
  • Run the Block
  • 50 Double Unders

Cool Down: 4 Sets: 1:00 on/off Wall Sits
