Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 7x DB Power Clean, 7x DB Front Squat, 7x DB Push press. 

Strength:   1x Deadlift + 1x Power Clean + 2x Hang Squat Clean.  1-1-1-1-1-1-1 until failure

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Bear hug plate squat (challenging weight, all sets unbroken), 20x Stepping DB RDL, 20x Weighted sit up. 

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP: 

  • 14x Alternating KB Snatch (50/35)
  • 30x Double under 
  • 7x Pull up

Cool Down: 5x 1:00 on/off Wall Sits, Wipe Down all Equipment Used, Wash Your Hands!
