Warm-up: Eastside lap or run a 1 mile or so, then, 5 Rounds:  10 Air Squats, 8 lunges, 6 Push-ups, 4 Burpees

WOD: For Time:  (can be done with a partner or solo!)

  • 10 Rounds: 
  • 21 Air Squats
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 9 Push-ups

Cool Down: 5 Sets 1:00 on/off Wall Sits
