A Note from Coach Susie about using the Counting Dice!!!

AllSport CrossFit Folks!

We are going to start using the Dungeons and Dragons Dice/Die (however you say it!) to start counting our reps instead of the sidewalk chalk!  The chalk has become a mess to clean up so look for the little basket on the rack where the Ab Mats are to get your counting dice/die!!!!

***Please be sure to put them up after using them so no one trips over them!
