AllSport CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit movements are universal and are found in everyday life, for example lifting a bag of dog food from the floor and placing it on a shelf above you. They are natural, safe, and efficient ways of moving external objects and they are essential to maintaining a good quality of life. CrossFit training can benefit people in all walks of life: From grandparents that want to stay active with small children to professional athletes and to those exercise junkies that have stayed fit their entire lives. CrossFit meets all of their life’s physical needs.
This is a training methodology that seeks to forge a broad, general, and inclusive level of fitness to prepare clients for the unknown and unknowable in life. We train in a gym and we use some objects that are found in a gym, but we do not train for the gym. The specialty of CrossFit is to not specialize in any one movement or routine. Through constantly varied programming, your experiences are diversified and you are encouraged to push your boundaries and become more comfortable with being uncomfortable. Fixed and predictable routines are the enemy.
At AllSport CrossFit, you are encouraged to track your daily progress in real, measurable terms. Recording times and workloads consistently over time results in evidence-based fitness which allows you to see real progress and improvement through both changes in your body as well as gaugeable data.

While attending class at AllSport CrossFit, you will not only find a great place to workout, but you will receive personal instruction during every class you attend. Everyday is a different WOD (Workout of the Day) where you will take part in constantly varied, functional workouts (the foundation of CrossFit). You and your classmates will complete the same workout scaled to your varying strength, skill and fitness level. This will provide you the tangible results you’ve been searching for. For your convenience, AllSport CrossFit does have full locker rooms with showers where there is air conditioning (only in our restrooms), so bring your toiletries and your own towel and you can change at AllSport CrossFit post-WOD! AllSport CrossFit strives to provide ample equipment for our clients. We have a large variety of everything on the market. We also have WIFI.
