AllSport CrossFit 6 week PALEO CHALLENGE (21 March – 6 May 2012)

AllSport CrossFit Paleo Challenge
Want to lose weight, get in shape, but more importantly support each other?
Paleo Challenge=March 21-May 6
Cost to participate= $20 Cash Only!!!!
Participants will: weigh in, measure, take a before and after photo, and provide a copy of two Paleo recipes to share
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners!
What’s Paleo?
Can you grow it?
Can you chase it?
You can eat it…
… Nothing white,nothing processed, and limit dairy and alcohol.
ALLSPORT CROSSFIT CAN DO IT!!!!
*See Susie to sign up and pay your $20 before or on 21 March 2012!!!! PLEASE EMAIL Susie at susie@allsportcrossfit.com if you want to participate!  You will either need to be measured (waist, largest area around arm, mid thigh) and weighed at the gym or you can send in your measurements and weight and photo of yourself (no shirts so we can see those bellies!!!!). There is a scale at the gym, just step on it lightly and wait until the numbers stop! Please let Susie know your weight via email (and your measurements if she hasn’t done them for you). Susie will be at the gym during the morning and noon classes on Wednesday to measure and weigh and take a BEFORE picture!!!!
