Strength: Back Squat: 5-3-3-3-1 Each Set AHAP.
Stamina (don’t post on board): 4 Rounds, not for time: 50m Overhead Walking Lunge (45/35), 25x GHD Sit up, 200m Farmer Carry (55/35)
WOD: 3 Sets:
- 5x Power Clean (165/115) OR 5x Power Snatch (115/85) – please notate PC or PS (this is for those that want to Snatch More)
- 8x Wallballs (20/14)
- 20x Double Under (40 Singles)
