“My Mommy’s Stronger than Your Mommy” CrossFit Competition
23 June 2012 – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Are you a Mom that CrossFits? How do you tackle it all? The kiddos, the laundry, the grocery shopping, etc. AND being able to get in a CrossFit workout? StepMoms are included! Who’s ready to take on the Challenge Against other CrossFit Mommy’s???
There will be 3 WODs for our Mommy’s to participate in. There will be three divisions (Standard, Intermediate, Scaled) and there will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Winners of each division.
Standard: RX’d on Most Workouts, Must be able to do DUs, Has Competed in a Competition or In-House Gym Event before, Can do Kipping Pull-ups Unassisted
Intermediate: Can do all CrossFit Movements but weights are scaled from RX’d, Does not have to do Pull-ups Unassisted or have DUs, but should be working on these things. Has a Good Understanding of CrossFit Technique.
Scaled: New to CrossFit, Has Understanding of Concepts of CrossFit, All weights will be scaled significantly due to the understanding you are very new to CrossFit or have recently given birth.

I will also need some assistance in Judging and Staff if anyone would like to Volunteer. You do not have to be CrossFit Level 1 Certified to Judge! Please email me above to let me know how you’d like to help (Judge/Staff (Checking People in and Setting Up Weights)/Scoring). Any help would be appreciated! Yes, you’ll get a t-shirt! 🙂
