Warm-up: 1 Mile Run, Stretch!!!!!

Can be done in your yard or at a park, at a distance from others!  🙂

This can also be done with a partner, splitting reps as necessary!

For Time: 

10 Meter Handstand Walk (if you can’t Handstand Walk, but can Handstand Hold, hold this position for about 30 seconds! You can also hold a Plank for 1:00)

20 Push-ups

30 Meter Bear Crawl

40 Alternating Walking Lunges

50 Burpees

60 Air Squats (BELOW Parallel!)

70 Supermans

80 Double Unders (80 Jumping Jacks will be spicy too!)

70 Park Bench Jumps (or Step Ups!)

60 Air Squats (BELOW Parallel!)

50 Burpees

40 Alternating Walking Lunges

30 Meter Bear Crawl

20 Push-ups

10 Meter Handstand Walk
