Warm-up: Eastside Lap, Lunge across Gym to stretch, 20 Mountain Climbers, 5 Inchworms

Strength: Clean and Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Each Set AHAP.

Stamina (don’t post on board): 

  • 10x Sled Push through parking lot
  • Rest 1:00 between sets

WOD: 6 Sets:

6 Overhead Squats (95/65)

9 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

15 Slam Balls (30/20)

Run to the End of the Parking lot and back

Cool Down: 3 sets:  20 Russian Twists, 10 V -ups
