Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 2 rounds:  Bear Crawl from Turf to Rig, 10 Scap Hollow Rocks on Rig, Lunge Back to Turf, 1:00 HS Hold against Wall

Strength: Clean (any way) and Jerk (any way) 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Each Set AHAP. (Max 17 Minutes)

Stamina (don’t post on board):  3 Rounds:  Farmers Carry around Block, Increasing Weight each Round.
