Stamina. (Don’t post on board): 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Strict Dip, 50m Gun Walk, 3x Rope Climb.

5x Pull up (ARX is 3 Bar MU)

10x Burpee over the bar (does not have to be Bar facing)
