Warm-up: AMRAP 10 minutes: Run to the Dumpster and back, Bear Crawl Gym, 10x Push up
Strength: Bench Press: 5-3-3-3-1 Each Set AHAP. (17 minutes ish)
Stamina. (Don’t post on board): 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Strict Dip, 50m Gun Walk, 3x Rope Climb.
WOD: 5:00 AMRAP:
10x Front Squats (95/65)
5x Pull up (ARX is 3 Bar MU)
*Rest 4:00 After AMRAP.
10x Clean and Jerk (135/95)
10x Burpee over the bar (does not have to be Bar facing)
Cool Down: 3 Sets: 20 GHD Sit-ups; Rest as necessary in between sets
