MAX OUT WEEK
*This week’s focus is on maxing out on the strength component to get a true 1 rep max on each movement. The Stamina, Work Capacity and Durability are lower in volume to allow you to hit proper 1 rep maxes and allow recovery before getting into the next cycle.
Warm-up: 800m Run to W. Alabama, then 3 Rounds: Empty Bar Straightleg Deadlift, 10x Good Morning (45/35), 10x Jumping Back Squat (45/35). Please don’t drop empty bars
Strength: Work to 1 Rep max Deadlift. (Estimated time – 20 Minutes)
Stamina (don’t write on board): 3 Sets, not for time: 200m Farmer Carry, 10x Sandbag Get up, 20x GHD Sit up.
