Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 3 Sets:  8 Power Cleans, 8 Front Squats, 8 Front Rack Lunges

(Please don’t drop empty bars)

Strength: Hang Squat Clean: 5X3 as heavy as possible!  More than last week!

Stamina (don’t post on board): 3 Rounds, not for time: Farmer’s Carry to the end of the parking lot and back, rest as necessary. Also 3 sled pushes

WOD: For time:

Curtis P’s (95/65) – Power Clean, Front Rack Lunge Right, Front Rack Lunge Left, S2O

Wallball sit-ups (Line up along wall and toss ball to wall)

Slamballs X2 (20-16-12-8-4) (30+/20+)

Run to Audley (front) or the front door of the new building next door (back) after each set

Cool Down: Planks and Mountain Climbers:  3 Rounds each:  1:00 on/off
