Skill/Strength:

Bench Press:  2,2,2,2,2,2,2

WOD:  Station Rotation Gone Bad (17:00 minute WOD)

In the sequence of Fight Gone Bad, Work at each station for 1 minute at a time (5 Stations), Rest 1 minute. 3 rounds.
