Warm-up – Self, 10 minutes

Strength – Tabata Bottom to Bottom Squats…Rx’d Athletes may use 45lb Backsquat Bar

Skill – Rope Climbs, no feet, 2 techniques for braking etc…..10 minutes.  Qualified Athletes may practice crossovers with Coaches prior approval.

WOD – “Cho Oyu”

Run to Branard out big door

25 Burpees

50 Clapping Pushups

250 Walking Lunges (50 FWD, 50 REV, 50 FWD, 50 REV, 50 FWD)

50 Clapping Pushups

25 Burpees

Run to Branard out big door

Note* If you want to avoid the rain, just double the amount of Burpees on the front and backside of WOD

Cool Down – Crack a Beer or Mimosa and watch the AllSport BroFit Olympic Competition, starting at 1015 Saturday AM
