Originally from Green Bay, Kyle started doing CrossFit in 2012 and he has never looked back! As a former High School athlete, he was looking to find an outlet to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, and CrossFit’s philosophy was exactly what he was looking for.
You can often see him near the Olympic weights as he focuses heavily on proper mechanics for Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, and gymnastics. His favorite workout is Amanda, or any other technical workout.
