Sarah Herse discovered CrossFit while vacationing in Belize in 2014 and immediately became obsessed. With a background in gymnastics and dance, Sarah was excited to find a forum where it’s acceptable for adults to walk on their hands. She is now a Crossfit L-1 Trainer and loves helping others get strong, fast, fit, and sexy. Sarah loves all forms of fitness and regularly partakes in yoga, spin, pole, and powerlifting. She also trains as a weightlifter and just competed in her first USAW meet. Originally from the Midwest, Sarah only recently moved to Houston after spending a decade in New York. She received her B.A. from NYU in Cinema Studies and her MBA from Cornell University. Outside of fitness, Sarah enjoys fashion, gangster rap, literature, and wine. She is also a Certified Level 1 Sommelier.
