WOD – “Elroy and AstroTurf”

Perform 1 Sprint on the first minute, Perform 2 Sprints on the second minute, etc………..Do this until you can not complete the amount of sprints required in that minute!

Use a Weightvest, to kick it up a notch!

Cool Down

25 GHD Sit-ups or 25 Straight Leg Sit-ups
